In 2017, we implemented Phreesia to help streamline our registration process. Patients will receive an Orange Phreesia Pad at check-in and will review and update their demographic and clinical information, as well as pay any balances, privately on the tablet. Please arrive about 15 minutes early for your appointment as we make this transition to the new Phreesia pads.
Pre-Visit: Patients may also receive an e-mail from us up to 5 days before their appointment. In this email is a secure web link to check-in online in advance of your appointment, similar to TSA Pre-Check at the airport. By using the pre-visit process, patients will have all of their paperwork completed and any payments due already made before arriving at the office, making their check-in process much quicker and easier. Your health information is protected and processed through HIPAA secure connections.
