Ms. Bobys joined Family Practice Associates of Lexington in 1995. Ms. Bobys believes in the importance of "spending time and listening to patients with the understanding that mental and physical well-being together make the total person." About Physician Assistants: A Physician Assistant is a licensed health professional who practices medicine under the direct supervision of a physician. Here at Family Practice Associates of Lexington, we have offered the services of Physician Assistants (PA's) since 1992. We feel that having PA's on staff increases our ability to serve patients quickly and efficiently while ensuring quality care. PA's share the responsibility for the care of the patient with the doctor.
