- Patients should call in advance to schedule appointments so that adequate time can be allowed for each visit. You may schedule an appointment by calling Monday through Saturday between 8:30AM and 4:30 PM (859) 278-5007.
- Two days prior to your appointment, our automated system will call with a reminder of the appointment date, time, and location. Please let us know if you will not be able to make your appointment as scheduled. Failure to do so may result in a surcharge being placed on your account.
- Call early if a same-day appointment is needed!
